1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AleafChat (“the Service”), accessible via aleafchat.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, brand, or organization, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AleafChat provides AI-assisted automation, sentiment analysis, reply generation, and messaging workflows for business customer interactions, including Google Business Profile reviews and Instagram direct messages. The Service includes dashboard analytics, multi-location management, custom knowledge base settings, and human approval queues.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish hate speech, harassment, defamatory statements, or unlawful content.
• Post deceptive, fraudulent, or fake reviews or impersonate any person or brand.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity or security of the Service.
• Violate the Terms of Service or Developer Policies of third-party platforms, including Google and Meta.

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

AleafChat interacts with third-party platforms, including Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of features connected to these services is subject to their respective policies:

• Google Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies.
• Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Graph API policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published replies conform with the guidelines of the respective platform.

6. AI Output & Human Review

AleafChat utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to draft review and message responses. While the AI is configured to adhere to your brand voice and factual policies, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. AleafChat provides an Approval Queue feature allowing you to inspect and modify any response before publication. You acknowledge that you retain final editorial discretion over all published replies.

7. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Certain features and response volume allocations require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AleafChat and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
